If you asked me to say a few words to describe the house at 808 Circuit Street, I would say, luxurious, elegant, dramatic, equestrian, private and opportunity.

I toured this property at the broker open house today and it was a property that I was very excited to see. I mean, this is my dream home!

The house is located off Circuit Street and it is about 1/4 of a mile down a winding drive to the home. When you turn off Circuit street, you see fields and barns. This is definitely perfect for an equestrian.   At the end of the drive you are met by the vision of this house. It is a large home but it looks inviting and welcoming.

Upon entering the, you step into a dramatic entrance foyer with the magnificent stair case leading to the second level. A few steps further and you enter the living room. The living room has what feels to be forty foot ceilings and a large chandelier hangs down into the middle of the room.

One of my favorite aspects of the house is the master suite. It is set aside from the rest of the house and has a great sense of privacy. The master bathroom is something else. There is a gas fireplace right above the sunken jacuzzi tub and his and hers toilets. There is a stairway leading you up a flight of stairs to a huge walk in closet and then up another flight of stairs is a large office.

Touring this home was delightful as around every corner there was another surprise. This is truly one of those homes that can not be described in writing and it has to been seen to appreciate all it has to offer.


On a side note, the price of the home also includes a build-able lot of 7.2 acres. As the house is priced it is a steal!
