Today I viewed 230 Hanover Street, Hanover MA 02339.
The MLS # of this property is 71455356.

This is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom raised ranch. I was curious to see this house because it is the cheapest 5 bedroom home currently listed for sale in Hanover, by about $100,000!

When I got to the broker tour, I pulled up outside and walked down a small hill to the home and took a quick look around the property. I noticed that the home is on a decently sized lot of nearly 0.7 acres. There is also a nice deck off the kitchen. The home is a split level ranch and when you enter, you can walk up the stairs or down the stairs. Up the stairs there is a cozy living room with a fireplace and right off the living room is a very decently sized kitchen. Turn right and go down the hall and you have three rooms and a bathroom. The current owners use it as two bedrooms and an office. The rooms are on the petite size but they all have a window and a closet. I would say that the smaller bedrooms will comfortably fit a twin bed and some bedroom furniture.

When you walk down the stairs there is a family room, laundry area and additional bedrooms.
Some of the bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that allow you to walk out to the yard.

Overall my thoughts on this house are:

1. It is priced to sell.
2. Only needs minor cosmetic work.
3. Great for a family that needs a lot of rooms but that room size is not important.
4. The yard is a good size.

The downsides that I see are:

1. It is located on a busy road.
2. It is located on the down slant of a hill.
3. The rooms are on the smaller side.
