River Path Hanover MA

River Path is a newer sub division located of Water Street in Hanover. It is a 17 lot sub-division and at the time of writing this overview, only two homes are remaining for sale in this sub-division.

It consists of 2 streets:


1. Trailside Lane
2. Meadow Drive Lane

There is only one point of access to River Path and that is via Trailside Lane. Both Trailside Lane and Meadow Drive Lane are cul-de-sacs. I really like this feature in a sub-division as it usually means that it is a good place for people who would like to raise their families there. The Indian Head River runs behind the sub-division and it is surrounded by conservation land and walking trails.

Construction first started in River Path in 2008. This sub-division was developed by local developer Phil Johnson. Construction in this neighborhood is expected to be completed in 2013. When you drive in to this neighborhood, it certainly feels very new. The houses are immaculate and they show no signs of aging. Also, the trees planted along the footpaths are young trees. This is made up for by all of the older trees in the conservation land that surrounds the homes.

Here are some features of the homes that are in Whiting Village           

• The homes are colonial style homes.
• The lot sizes of the homes here are 0.68-0.69
• The home sizes range from 3200 sqft all the way up to 4800+ sqft.
•  Most homes have from 4-5 bedrooms and from 2-3 full bathrooms and at least 1 half bathroom
• The homes are on private sewer.                    
• The prices of the homes have ranged from $615,000 all the way up to $1,000,000.

Children living in Whiting Village are eligible to go to Center Sylvester Elementary School, Hanover Middle School and Hanover High School.
